Whenever we hear the word relationship we immediately think of the romantic love relationships between people. In reality, we engage in many different types of relationships: with our spouse, children, boss, co-workers, parents and friends just to name a few. And for each of these relationships we bring an emotional energy that can either deepen the bond with that person or cause it to suffer.
Today my guest is relationship expert and coach, Holly McCusker. She explains the 7 Levels of Emotional Energy and how each level affects how a relationship exists. We also discuss what can be done to enhance the connection we have with others.
