Love the Skin You’re In With Jennifer Fugo

When our skin is itchy we usually just think it’s simply dry skin. We reach for our favorite lotion to slather on to make it stop.  But what if the itch turns to a rash or hives and doesn’t seem to go away?  Eczema, Psoriasis, Rosacea – these are just a few of the skin issues many of us suffer from that can be reversed when we actively work on it. But many times the solution goes beyond what is on the surface of the skin.

My guest Jennifer Fugo, is a clinical nutritionist with a passion to help women identify the root causes of their skin conditions. Her goal is to help women not just manage their skin issues but solve them! Join Jennifer and I as we take a deep dive into these root causes that turn up in our skin.
